Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If it does, we will process your refund within 7-15 business days. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
